Terms and Conditions

All orders for products accepted by Labplus are subject to these terms and conditions. Any person placing orders for goods/products on Labplus are bound by these terms and conditions.


Prices

The prices on our website are current at the time of viewing and Labplus will try and maintain these prices specified on our website, however Labplus reserves the right to change the price of any item without notice. All prices on the Labplus website exclude GST and the customer must pay any applicable GST in addition to the specified price.

Any price quoted by Labplus in writing is valid for 30 days from the date of offer.


Payment

Payment is to be made by cash, credit card, cheque or direct deposit prior to delivery. Any subsequent refund of orders paid for credit card or cheque will be made to the relevant credit card or bank account.

Cheques must be made out to ‘Labplus’.


Product and Availability

With constant sourcing of product and rapid developments in the industry, Labplus is always reviewing its product range. Labplus reserves the right to discontinue any product or to change its design at any time. Labplus will not be held liable for failure to supply any product at any time.


Orders

Labdirect reserves the right to decline trade with any company or person. Labplus will use reasonable endeavours to meet delivery estimates but in no circumstance will it be liable to compensate the customer for non-delivery or late delivery.


Delivery

The customers freight is charged as per the weight of the item and as per the rates supplied by Australia Post, TNT Road Express or any other carrier. A small fee will be included in the freight price of each order to cover packing and handling costs. This packing fee varies as per the size of the item.


Refunds

Labplus has a no refund policy. If you would like to return an item, we can offer you a credit which will be deducted off your next invoice or the item can be swapped for another item of the same value. In some select cases, an item can be returned and a re-stocking fee of 20% of the total value will apply.


Warranty

Labplus will endeavour to transfer to the customer the benefits of any warranty or guarantee given to it by the manufacturer.
